REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 of the total price must be paid by the end of the business day once the invoice is sent. We will automatically cancel your booking if the deposit isn’t made by the end of the business day. The balance for your event total price must be paid no later than 7 days before your event date. Extra fees may apply if the balance is not paid on time and or canceled. There will be a $150 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUNDS will be given if your booking is canceled. You may reschedule for a different date. RVG Montana will try its best to accommodate any changes.
PRIVACY POLICY:
RVG Montana is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with RVG Montana as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE
- There is a travel charge for any booking that exceeds 35 miles from 59034 zip code. Travel charge is depending on distance and travel time it may also vary. Surcharge FEE

BAD WEATHER:
RVG Montana was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with both heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. Light rain is not terms for cancellation or rescheduling. Gaming will still continue inside the trailer. Since we are in Montana, if temperatures are below 0, YOU MUST reschedule your event. In the event of other severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
RVG Montana does require a parent or responsible adult to be present at the event. Children 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult inside the trailer at all times. Toddlers and babies must be carried and held at all times and are not allowed to play with controllers or other items in the game trailer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please let your guests know about our 4 and under policy.
FOOD/DRINK:
RVG Montana does not allow any food or drinks inside the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the game theater.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the RVG Montana equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
RVG Montana reserves the right to refuse service to a client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, mistreatment of our employees and unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event at any time.
DAMAGE/INJURY
RVG Montana or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, RVG Montana reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. RVG Montana or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may post these pictures on our Facebook Page, Instagram and/or our website. (No names or addresses are posted.) If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on Social Media or our website please notify us via Email prior to the party, or be sure to notify us during your event. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens
RVG Montana TRUCK/TRAILER
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. We will not park in driveways, yards, or any other tight or dangerous locations. It has proven to be too dangerous to get such a large vehicle into residential driveways. We will only park on solid concrete/asphalt/gravel areas. Additionally, our Game Coach will never park off of a hardened surface
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
RVG Montana will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us indicating the game(s) you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he/she gets there.
Booking any party with Rolling Video Games Montana constitutes your agreement with these policies.
