RVG Montana trailer is designed for all types of weather conditions. Apart from the theater being insulated, it is also climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. On occasions when the weather may be severe, we will need to reschedule your party. We reserve the right to reschedule your services to guarantee the safety of our staff and your guests. However, light rains may not necessitate cancellation. You can continue with gaming inside the trailer. You can also call in to start the rescheduling process if you feel or anticipate that the weather threatens your party.

At events where children under five years old are present, a responsible adult must be on board to ensure their safety. Toddlers and infants are NOT permitted to play with any equipment and should be held while the trailer. This policy is in place to prioritize the well-being of young attendees and maintain a secure environment for all guests.

• We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You can certainly bring your own games, should you choose to do so
  

• Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable
  

We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

We will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the event in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!
